I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my problem.
We are experiencing live calls dead air. I gave a phone number to my VOIP provider and have them traced the call. According to them, the status of the phone number I gave them is NA (Not Available). I asked them why the agent didn't hear any voice prompt saying that the phone number is not reachable at the moment but our VOIP provider told us that the problem is the carrier of the client.
Kindly help me if you experienced this problem already.
We have cluster setup.

Vicidial version is VERSION: 2.6-395a BUILD: 130221-1736 and our Asterisk version is 1.4.44-vici build 13
