Calls not recording anymore

Not sure what happened... calls were recording I created a closer group to transfer the calls from fronters to closers and now NO calls are recording.... in each campaign I have it set to ALLFORCE in every campaign and every user... what happened?

I had the same thing happen. Check your user settings 'Vicidial Recording' under each agent must be set to one for calls to record. I had turned that option off thinking I did not want my agenting initating addional recordings but it also stopped the forced recordings... Hope this helps..

You are Life saver.
I've been battling with this since last week, Googled left, right and centre to no avail. Calls that were made last year, were recording but all the new calls of this year, I couldn't access them. It was so strange.
Had to postpone a demo and still couldn't get it to work.

I just saw your post and found out that the users I was testing with didn't have recording enabled.

On each user's page, "Agent's Recording" was 0. I changed to 1 and voila :P :P :P
