I have a survey campaign, and some predictive campaigns, and the number of agents online showed on dashboard is not correct, i have just 4 agents and it's showing 30 in the dashboard.
I read the source code and database tables, and i finded the table vicidial_live_agent where i have my agents and that fake agents, for example one of the registers
