Team Performance Detail Issue

Postby eortizn85 » Mon Mar 14, 2016 10:14 am

Hello,

ViciBox VERSION: 2.12-496a BUILD: 150710-1120

The Situation: March, 1st. We had 100 agents under a group called "TELE"
On March, 9th we were asked to make five subgroups and organize those agents among the groups.

The issue: The Team Performance Detail wont show the agents moved to the new groups for the 03/01-to-03/09 period, even when we select all the groups (the old TELE, and the new ones).

For those days we are working with the Agent Performance Detail, in our case that means additional workload for the operation team.
Anyhow, I would like to know if there's a work around and make the report to display the infor for the 03/01-03/09 period or maybe it's just me not seeing something.

Thanks in advance guys.

The user group is logged, and for that report the client wanted the user group at the time of the call to be used instead of the current user group.

Thanks for your quick response Matt,

If I run the report for that period under the new groups, it won't show any info. As I understand it, I should expect this behavior because between 03/01 and 03/09 there weren't any groups by the new names (for simplicity, let's call them A to E).

So if I wanted the team performance I should run the report under the group "TELE" (the old group with all agents). In this case it shows only a few agents we haven't moved yet, nothing more.
