Softphone automatically gets disconnected once agent logs IN

Hi Team

Once i login to VICI Dial Agent i will get a pop up in soft phone to answer, but when i answer it automatically gets disconnected below are the logs
Need help on this

Connected to Asterisk 1.8.32.3-vici currently running on Unique (pid = 2408)

May be Dahdi is not working on server.

No application 'Meetme

Bad install or Asterisk has not completed loading (has not yet gotten to Meetme)

Is this a fresh installation or a broken server that worked yesterday?

Then you should be installing with 6.0.4 (fresher version with asterisk 1.8 ) or 7.0.1 (most recent installer with asterisk 11).

You probably had a bad installation. Start over. Simplest method. Plus you'll get used to installing and be more comfortable with the system as you do.


Also: DO NOT use the "express" installer. Use the Standard.

I have reinstalled the OS now its working fine, but once i create phone ID in vicidial page its not reflecting everytime i need to give sip reload in asterisk CLI mode

More details please. Button for button, URL's included.

And also describe "it's not reflecting" as I doubt this has any relation to a mirror (unless this is a Vampire phone)

Hi Good day!

I think you should also check after the installation if the scripts are running normal by typing screen -ls usually you will find 11 sceen running. Once the screens are complete you can do the login again and send the logs for any errors in the process.
