Can not dial after 1 am?

We have agents on a server who are calling to the USA but the server is located in The Netherlands, so at 1 am CET they are still making calls. For some reason at that time however they can not make calls anymore. The Dial Next Number button is greyed out. I checked cron jobs, campaign settings, usergroup, shifts, system settings, server settings but can't find anything that would cause this. What am i missing?

There's a default crontab entry that runs at 1am that usually causes that. You could also check to see what your Timeclock End of Day is set to in System Settings.

The GMT update script in crontab is usually the culprit, and/or the Optimize Tables script. GMT is meant to run at 1AM and 7AM ... but may need to be adjusted for time difference between server time and Call Recipients time to avoid running that script while the server is in use.

Or you could change the server's time zone to EST and reset the clock. *poof*

Yeah i did find some 1am job in the crontab yesterday and already changed them to 2am. Tonight we will see if it makes a difference.
