How to set up recording with eyebeam version 1.5.6. 1 build

I want to configure eyebeam to make the recording automatically without pressing RECORD every time, I find a tip on internte

1_Dial : * * * 7469 on the softphone for Advanced Options.
2_In the filter box type : record and click on Apply Filter .
3_Double -click on the option : system: general: auto_record_all_calls , change the value from 0 to 1

but the problem is that I was unable to find the option system : General : auto_record_all_calls on my eyebeam ,please help me to fix that if someone know how on eyebeam or X-lite

This forum is for an application called "Vicidial". It's not for an application called "Eyebeam". Thus, you would probably get better results finding a forum for Eyebeam or asking the manufacturer of that software.

That being said: Vicidial will record calls automatically (even manually dialed calls), removing the need for the agent to press a record button. Additionally, this method permanently links each recording with the Agent and the Lead and stores it for ease of access by anyone with authority to view it in the future.

So WHY would you record with Eyebeam?
