headset software

hello sorry if this is out of topic, just wondering if thiers a software out thier that would be a controller for the headset with some little features like you can change the pitch of voice voice or something so that your can tune to make your voice much more pleasent to hear and maybe a noise reduction feature so that even using cheap headsets would benefit from this software, plantronics has this persono audio control center something like that, thanks
