How do u extend timeout time for transfer conf button?
Sometimes we need to allow more time for agents to pick up when transferring out to external DID.
Is there a setting I can change to extend the second before the transfer timeouts?

The "Dial Timeout" in your campaign settings governs how long the dialer will ring the line for before timing out. Simply increase that to give more time.
