how to set incoming call work

Postby mark » Wed Jun 13, 2007 10:15 am

Hi All,

I am using asterisk-1.2.10 and vicidial-2.0.95. I want to know how to setup incoming call to a extension . As i followed the scratch installation and edited the extensons.conf but the call hung when we dial the extension.

Here is the asterisk cli and extensions.conf dial plan for extension.

Dial plan

;Vicidial Incoming
exten => 1010,1,Ringing
exten => 1010,2,Wait(1)
exten => 1010,3,Answer
;exten=>1010,4,AGI(agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi,SALESLINE-----1010-----Closer---------------999-----1)
exten=>1010,4,AGI(agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi,SALESLINE-----1010-----Closer-----park----------999-----1)
exten => 1010,5,Hangup

Asterisk Cli

- Executing Ringing("SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8", "") in new stack
-- Executing Wait("SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8", "1") in new stack
-- Executing Answer("SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8", "") in new stack
-- Executing AGI("SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8", "agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi|SALESLINE-----1010-----Closer---------------999-----1") in new stack
-- Launched AGI Script /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi
-- AGI Script agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi completed, returning 0
-- Executing Hangup("SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (default, 1010, 5) exited non-zero on 'SIP/telecaller2-08975fe8'

Thanks in advance.

The VICIDIAL Manager manual covers this.

Have you set up the SALESLINE in-group yet?
