Hello guys,
When I clean a list in VICIdial lose the information (history calls) and the callbacks do not work, is that correct?

Hello,
That's mostly correct. Clearing a list will break callbacks to leads in it and will remove the lead data itself, however, the call history will stay in the logs. There is the ability to search log records via the lead search page so you can still see the history of the lead.
