Incoming call ringing to which agent ?

Hello,

We have installed centos 6.8 and scratch install of vicidial 2.11 version.

We have one campaign having many ingroups. All the agetns are having on hook features enabled.

When incoming call comes its showing RING in front of the phone extension. But when the call is ringing, its not showing on which agent / extension the call is ringing.

In below call waiting I want the agent name where this call is ringing.
