I had set the Maximum number of attempts as 7 for No Answer and No Answer Auto Dial but dialer has already made more than 8 attempts for that campaign. How do we resolve that.

The lead Recycling is better for busy status. And if you want no more thant 7 attempts use the Filters, like this
- Code: Select all
(called_count <= 7)
And make sure that the No Answer and No Answer Auto Dial are choosen as a Dial Status in the campaign

Thanks. Do I just input the code (called_count <= 7) in the Filter SQL box in Add Filters?
