Add New Campaign Tab missing on vicibox7

Hi Team,

.i installed vicibox7 in my server (using cluster method) , but after installation add a new campaign, copy campaign tab are missing.

.installed vicibox7 details are below:
version: 2.12-544a
BUILD: 160325-1435

. And the svn information are below

. i tried to svn up and down method but it shows below error

Hi Good day!

You can check if your admin user has permission to modify Campaign, also check the vicidial_user_groups if the campaign permission was added after creating the campaign. if NONE you can just run this on MySQL:

update vicidial_user_groups set allowed_campaigns=' -ALL-CAMPAIGNS- -' where user_group='ADMIN';

Thanks for reply.
. i add name server1: 208.67.220.220 and name server2: 208.67.222.222
. successfully i updated my svn version from 2492 to 2565.
. But i unable to add new campaigns. The add new campaign , copy campaign tap is missing in campaign section.
. so i downgrade my svn version to 2491, but also the add new campaign tap is missing.
. As per suggestion i checked my vicidial administrator have permission to modify Campaign, i checked vicidial user groups.
.and also run the mysql command , but the issue is not resolved yet.
.can you help me on this.

Thanks. my issue solved i follow william instruction and solved this issue.

. As per suggestion i add name server1: 208.67.220.220 and name server2: 208.67.222.222 in yast lan.
. successfully i updated my svn version from 2492 to 2565.
. then i install perl #/usr/src/astguiclient/trunk #install.pl
. and the issue solved. it shows add new campaign tap .Thx a lot for your help....
