callback in vicidial not working

Hi to All,

I'm on GoAutoDial 3.0
ViCidial VERSION: 2.9-441a
BUILD: 140612-1628

I tried to look up an answer in the this forum but nothing is works for me in this topic.

When i try to make a call back the scheduler pops up = ok,But when im going to call the number only this windows shows up :
The Right way is this with the "DIAL LEAD or SKIP LEAD"

Can you Please Please help me im stuck with this for a few days.
