Not Interested leads being recalled

Hello everybody,
I'm facing a problem with "Not Interested" leads: Vicidial keeps on dialling these numbers, but in my opinion it should not (because they're not interested, indeed).

As to the settings, I have set
- as dial statuses DROP - B - NEW
- as lead recycle A - CALLBK - N - NA

So I really can't understand why Vicidial is calling Not Interested ones: I found numbers that have been called over 20 times each.

Any suggestion?

ps: obviously, lead lists have thousands of "New" ones.

Check one example lead for the dispositions used.

It could be from callbacks, I don't 'lead recycle' those.
It could be from duplicate leads.
It could be from manual dials.

I can tell that the problem doesn't involve duplicate leads (we don't have any) neither manual dials.
As to the callbacks, we set a maximum of 3 attempts but this cannot explain why I have leads called over 20 times.
