Hello everyone and as a new member sorry for the errors on this thread .
Its been quite a while since i am facing a problem that corrupts some of our call recordings when we try to listen or download them.
We did a config of the system to automatically start the registration at call start and when the agents want can stop the recording and start again on Demand depending on the call.
At the call information the call shows that it lasts 100 seconds on the database and the start-end of file is correct but when you try to listen or download it is corrupted as 1kb file.
What do you suggest and what other information i can provide to explain the problem a bit more.

1) Please also list your installer version.
2) Is your HD full? What processes do you have to manage your audio files in crontab? (list them)
3) Check the "ORIG" folder (/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/ORIG) and see if the file(s) are also corrupt there.
