Hi
there is a bit confusing in real time report.
Realtime Block User Info: 0 is set
Tried many user level from 1 to 8 but not able to see show user name/id in real time report.
already gone through many forums.
plz guide.

Go into your user settings and read through the Admin Interface / Admin Reporting options carefully. There is an option to disable the display of the User names / IDs in the report which you probably have activated identically. It was added so that you can give a login to a customer to view the realtime report, but not see the names of the agents handling calls.

I am using goautodial 2.1 version standard.
Still i am unable to see required reports.

You are using a 2 year old version of Vicidial, I would suggest upgrading to at least vicidial 2.7 rc1.

I don't want to go for any up gradation for my existing server as it is running already on my different server and showing all appropriate reports and i don't know what i am missing.
That is why i am looking for expert help/support.

You can solve this problem as per below instruction.

1. Login as admin in goautodial

2 Click on VICIDIAL > users >> admin

3 . Go to ADMIN REPORT OPTIONS:
then set to 0 in Realtime Block User Info

Now Click Submit ..& Your problem will be solve.

Hi ,

I have an issue when I Open real-time monitor the time format show 301:00 (MM:ss), I need to change It for real-time monitor Time for normal time format

Please advice me ,what should I do
