Miss Call Configuration

Hello ,
I try to make a miss call campain and it doest't work because call are not closing after 1 ring ,
Is any option to sent a hangup time or something like that?

As per my knowledge, their is not any direct option for misscall campaign in admin interface.you need to work on dialplan in extension.conf.

You dont have an option to specify the number of rings on a call, instead you can use the campaing
Dial Timeout -If defined, calls that would normally hang up after the timeout defined in extensions.conf would instead timeout at this amount of seconds if it is less than the extensions.conf timeout.


Or you could use the timeout option of the dial command

you may try Dial Timeout, go to admin account, select the outbond campaign, select detail view, go to Dial Timeout:10 sec.
check weather the call is disconnect after two ring or not. increase or decrease the dial timeout according to your test.
and please tell us if it work.

I dont know if on vicidial settings you have such option maybe changing the routing extensions on the campaing setting, anyway on the asterisk side you can use Set(TIMEOUT(absolute)=1)
