Vicibox 7 Fresh Install Cant Send to Ingroup

I have a fresh install of Vicibox 7. I am attempting to route a DID to ingroup and the call will disconnect as soon as it transfers to ingroup. I can send the DID to entensions and call menus with no issues. If I try to send the call to an ingroup it will just disconnect with no error on the asterisk console. Even when I transfer from CallMenu to Ingroup. Any ideas what i am missing or I should look for?

Additionally, When looking at the DID page towards the button the section "INGROUPS ASSIGNED TO THIS DID" is blank.

I installed Vicidial 7.0.3 a few times and couldnt get it to work. Reverted back to 7.0.2 and no issues.
