Postby davide.filippi » Mon Jan 30, 2017 10:01 am

Hi all,
In general, what can be the cause of overlapping of calls? When a my agent is on a live call, another call join.
Look at the load average of my system, nothing seems to be high

Usually that is caused by an overloaded system, using a virtual system, or network problems.
