Call disposition

Hi,

i would like to know...when you end a phone call it appears call disposition section (green display), my question is: is it true that when you are in this section (call disposition) the system is automatically calling next number, so you can't stay in call disposition a long time (if you stay, the person can answer and there is nobody to answer back - because you are in call disposition in that time)?
