How can I restart the lead, without resetting the status to vicidial ring up all the numbers in the list to the end?

It's not very clear what you are trying to do, but make sure the status one of the acceptable status' to dial again.

"Add A Dial Status to Call: Dial Status -This is where you set the statuses that you are wanting to dial on within the lists that are active for the campaign below. To add another status to dial, select it from the drop-down list and click ADD. To remove one of the dial statuses, click on the REMOVE link next to the status you want to remove. "
