I set up everything as described and add a new campaign, list, user, and phone. It looks like the system called lead automatically because the lead record marked as called even I didn't log in as agent. Also when I checked /var/log/astguiclient/action_full.xxxx it looks like this
2007-06-29 14:30:05|0|1|
Action: Originate
Exten: 8365
Context: default
Channel: Local/4109673333@default
Priority: 1
Callerid: "V0629143004000000003" <0000000000>
Timeout: 60000
Because I use SIP channel for outgoing call I suppose it shows up as sip/voip in the Channel. I don't understand this record. Any idea? Thanks.

This used to happen to me too . Calls went then agi script launched and agents never recieve calls . Are u using loopback ip for connecting to asterisk (127.0.0.1) ... It happens when you use ip 127.0.0.1 to connect to asterisk server .

No. I am not using 127 IP address. The problem is it looks like Aterisk is using a wrong outgoing route. How can I debug this problem? I set debug level to 10 and still can't catch the problem. Thanks.
