Hi,
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to read the callback notes from the admin interface? For instance if you enable callback notes to replace the CB notes in the callback screen and dispo screen i don't know where to find them when i'm logged in as admin. I'm talking about the history tab that opens when you enable this per list via Audit Comments.

I think those comments are only available in the QC Modify Lead page in the admin web interface, and in the history button in the agent screen. This is the first time I've been asked about that actually.

The thing is the supervisor want to separate the valvuable callbacks from the less valuable ones from the Campaign>callbacks screen based on their notes. Not really a way to this then.
