I am having a slight issue when viewing user stats report for example.
The calls don't seem to be in any particular order. I am sure the records used to be ordered by date and time but now my top record when I look at an agents user stats might be say 04/09/2017 then the next one will be 04/11/2017. This i also the case when I use the Search for a lead screen and search by call disposition for example.
Is there any way to sort this so that the calls are showing in order of when they were phoned?
