One of my clients is using Vicibox 7.0.3 with current Vicidial trunk code. He mostly uses the API to trigger events from his CRM (custom made), so when his CRM sends the external_hangup function, he receives a SUCCESS (which I can confirm through the vicidial_api_log table), but the call never hangs up.
This happens from time to time. I would say about 3% of the calls.
The last time this occurred, I search the vicidial_live_agents table and noticed that even though I see a SUCCESS in the api_log, the external_hangup field was at 0. As soon as I changed it to 1, the call did hangup.
So long story short: looks like the api_log returns a SUCCESS message but is not actually updating the correct table.
Load is low. Only 15 agents online. His hardware meets the requirements for an install of this size. But still, this problem happens.
Any ideas on where to look for answers?
