Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to setup multiple campaigns with 1 list. So that all the campaigns can dial the numbers from the same list but must no dial the no answer or answering machine detected or a sale made lead on one campaign.
Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

No, a single list can only be tied to one campaign.
