Agents Not Getting Live Calls

Hi,

We have a go autodial system in which we have the below vicidial and asterisk versions.

VERSION: 2.9-441a
BUILD: 140612-1628
© 2014 ViciDial Group

Asterisk 1.8.0.23

Even though it is of go autodial we use vicidial for calling. While auto dialing from campaign1 we are getting calls from the asterisk to agents. But for campaign2 we are not getting calls.

These are the errors we are getting on the CLI.

Channel Local/9669448443351801@default-0000000d;1 was answered.
[Jul 5 06:19:17] == Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1
[Jul 5 06:19:17] -- Executing [8368@default:1] Playback("Local/9669448443351801@default-0000000d;1", "sip-silence")

I can see the call gets answered later on it is not transfered to agent. It just goes for sip silence. I don't know why. I even turned off the AMD.

Can someone help me on that?

I would suggest upgrading that system, since it is over 3 years old at this point and there are many known bugs and more limited debugging options.

If that's not an option, take a look at the agiout logfile output for the call.
