Hi Sir Good Day, Just like to ask some help i want to set the if you know the local number please press now.. Local number transfer to and local phone or IP PHone,, Not log in on Agent Screen is That possible and how to set it up?

Hi,

You can look up the Call Menu Feature of the system: Just goto Inbound > Add Call Menu after creating the Call Menu you can route whatever you like on your Call Menu. You can set press option and route it to another Call Menu, Ingroup, Extension and etc..
