External Number Transfer by Agent

Hi,
I've tried to ready the past post about call transfer to an external number however I've got no success in doing it.
We have an inbound campaign that needs to transfer a call (Sale Made) to an external number.
I've tried to add it in number to be dialed on the box and then dial with customer but just got an error
as I have watch the cli this is what I've got

NOTICE[3432][C-00000054]: chan_local.c:1006 local_call: No such extension/context 886126571000@default while calling Local channel
[Jul 28 16:13:51] NOTICE[3432][C-00000054]: channel.c:5747 __ast_request_and_dial: Unable to call channel Local/886126571000@default
[Jul 28 16:13:52] == Manager 'sendcron' logged off from 127.0.0.1

there was an added 8 infront of the number where it shoul be 86126571000.

I wonder where this 8 came from and how can I achieve this.

Look at the campaign options:
- Dial Prefix
- 3way Dial Prefix
