We (me and my colleagues) got some troubles with ViciDial.
This software is seriously needed by our company to do some "everyday" activities, so we need to fix that as soon, as possible.
Despite of the fact, that there are about 3 users in the same time, the call quality is so poor in most of calls.
We've got new PCs (with WIN7 x64 installed), and our internet connection is really fine. (DOWNLOAD 11.06 Mb/s. , UPLOAD 1.86 Mb/s, LATENCY 27 ms)
Our ViciDial server is settled in the "cloud"; We are using "Zoiper" as a call-software.
Furthermore, the other companies are using the same Cloud-Server and Voip-Operator, and it works fine.
We have tried different ways to fix that, but nothing has been changed and it sometimes gets even worse.
