Choppy calls with my customers

Hi!
we are having chopy calls from server. I checked the internet and this OK, but Idont know where else find this problem
I have 15 agents

Somebody has a cluee to check ?

How, exactly did you accomplish this task?

Are all agents experiencing this on all calls? (not from memory, but ask them each)

Is your Vicidial server at the same physical location as your agents?

Are calls between agents also choppy?

Change carriers. If you have an expensive one, try them first as a test. Even if only for one call not in a campaign, just to see.

How many calls do you push at the same time?

Quality issue is ether server side, network or internet.

There are few ways to troubleshoot, but we need to know what your setup is like.

If server is in the same location as agents, then just pull call recordings and listen to agents voice and customers voice on the recording.
If agent is clear then communication between agent and server is fine, server load and network are not likely to be the cause.
If customers voice has poor quality then, most likely internet is the issue.
If both are affected then it maybe server issue(high load) or network.

Reboot all your network equipment, cheap switches tend to degrade and need a reboot at least once a week.
