4 Vicidial/asterisk

We have some discrepancy on our reports regarding Individual Report and Group Report, the values of the output are different i highlighted a sample difference. Any idea how to Solved this issue somehow.?
Rudolph Sally have like :

Have SALE: 29 on the Group report (Agent Status Detail) and have SALE: 30 on the user stats Report of Rodulph itself

Including:

Total Number of calls: Group Report: 736 and on user stat Total: 739

Those two reports pull that data from different log tables with different queries.

The Agent Status Detail report is pulling from the vicidial_agent_log

The User Stats page pulls that first data table from the vicidial_log and vicidial_closer_log table


Since the User Stats table is pulling data from two tables and adding them together, it's possible there are duplicates in there depending on how the call was handled.

Which is the most accurate Report we ca get the individual Userstats.? or the Agent Status Detail

For status summaries I'd say the Agent Status detail report, because it is pulling from a single table.
