Vicidial Suddenly behaving strange

Hi,

I have vicidial server which is working fine but for last few days it suddenly disable webform , some call recording missing as well, after reboot it works fine for few hours and then again same issues. please suggest

vicidial 2.4-309a
build 110430-1642
asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici

update : when this happens i can see lots of below error on asterisk CLI, i am using ztdummy for timing

Check your cpu utilisation,your system memory and space, check for any corrupt table in databases.
