Inbound DNC

Postby infinitegary » Fri Oct 27, 2017 8:25 am

Good morning before i start here is my build VERSION: 2.14-638a
BUILD: 171018-2234

My issue i have is the following.
I am trying to use the Inbound DNC feature. I can get this feature to work if i add a 1 to the phone number and add it to my inbound group filter dnc list. so it would look like 15555555555 in order for the number to get blocked.

The issue at hand is i want the filter to check the campaign specific dnc list and if a rep coded a call as DNC on that campaign it will be blocked from trying to call the inbound DID. I have set the parameters up correctly within the DID page to filter based on campaign dnc and i typed in the campaign number in the specified field however for some reason the inbound filter is requiring a 1 on all numbers in order for it to work. How can i fix this issue?

Have you tried using the DID setting for Clean CID Number, setting it to R10?
