Ring to more then one extension

Hello Experts,
We are using Vicidial version 2.6-381a with Asterisk 1.4.44-VICI, I am having an issue with one of my user extension 508, the 508 suppose to ring to two extension 508 and 801 simultaneity as per dial plan but it only rings to 508, the dial-plan for 508 which is setup properly to ring to both extns as shown below can someone please help me figure this out. It did not seem any issue in your dialplan,
exten => 3508,n,Dial(SIP/508&SIP/801,15,Ttr)
please check weather your both extension 508 and 801 is live or not, and share your cli log of a test call.

Thanks Kumar rebooting phone server fixed the issue i have no idea what was wrong.
