Hi Guys,

I have email working, but there are hundreds of old emails in the imap folder that are coming in as calls. How can I mark these old mails as read or enter a disposition on them so I don't have to process them one at a time?

You need to do that BEFORE you configure Vicidial to use it as an email source. If it's too late, you can always go in there and delete the emails from the vicidial database if you don't want to handle them.
