Hi.
We had experienced this weird issue couple of times already. While the agent make a transfer call, they click Park Customer Dial for so many reasons, now when they click leave 3 way, they sometimes forgot to Grab Park the customer. The third party personnel did not hear anything from the customer side which I think they are still on hold. Sad to say its purely a human error. Is there any way we can auto Grab Park Call when we click the leave 3 way button?

That is not currently an option, but I'm sure something like that could be added.
