I have an inbound campaign set up based on the way the manual said to do so. However when my agents select the inbound campaign and go into blended mode, so they can dial out with the dialer and receive inbound calls, any time my reps are on the phone from an outbound call and an inbound call comes through instead of skipping the rep that is on the phone and going to the next available rep it barges in on the call the rep is on so now and inbound and an outbound call are all on the same call. How can I fix this. Any help is appreciated.
Using:
VERSION: 2.14-644a
BUILD: 171130-0036

That certainly shouldn't be happening.
How did you install your system?
What hardware do you have it on?
Does this happen under high load or also only when a few calls are active?

Are you running on a dedicated server or a shared VPS or cloud hosting of any sort? what is the cpu usage, load average & i/o % in "top". Issue is normally related to high load
