Cannot Call an Extension from Another Extension

Postby rhonautics » Mon Feb 12, 2018 5:53 am

Hi!

I am trying to make calls from one extension configured on Zoiper to another extension which is also on Zoiper but all I got is "The person at extension ... is unavailable".
All softphones are registered to 192.168.10.4 Telephony servers on the cluster.

Vicidial cluster is working as we are using it on our daily calling operations.

Below is the CLI log when I tried to make test calls.

I'm not sure why the calls are being accepted by 192.168.10.5, the other telephony server, while in fact the softphones are registered at 192.1368.10.4

Calling from an extension to another extension works on my Vicibox 7.0.3 VERSION: 2.14-628a BUILD: 170913-0908 All-In-One server but it seems that I can't make it work on a cluster setup.

Thanks.

Admin->Servers
Change the Asterisk version to match your actual asterisk version (entire string just remove the word "Asterisk" from the response, get it with "asterisk -V" on the command line).

Good postback, and congratulations on resolving your issue.

If this was an upgraded server or database: Verify ALL the settings in admin->servers and in admin->system settings as there can be other minor mismatches caused by an upgrade. They sneek up on you. 8-)
