Recording merged/missing issue

Postby shan » Wed Feb 21, 2018 3:09 am

Hi all,

I came across an issue of recordings in my system. I found out that there are five recordings showing in 'Export Call Report' against a single lead.

Now when I hear them, I hear voice of a specific customer. However I have highlighted the customer's number 'RED' in the recording link. I see that 6016657113 number belong to some other customer for which I have failed to find its call recording. For the latter customer, I found a lead in which recording link is missing and its STATUS shows "Stopped recurring'.

I need to find this recording with the latter customer. Are the recordings mixed up or merged? Anybody here having idea about this or faced such issue, can assist me to figure out to resolve the issue and find the recording?

I would really appreciate quick support on this issue as its urgent for me?
