Agent not receiving calls

Postby titonjoroge » Fri Aug 17, 2007 4:53 am

Hi,

I am a new user to Vicidial. Followed the scratch install document and my system is up.
Agents are able to log in via the web interface and they actually get the call back from the system.

I have not connected my asterisk system to the PRI lines and hence i have assigned a number 1214 which SIP users call, and this should be my incoming line. However when a SIP user calls this number, he is disconnected, and not transferred to the agent.
yet there are agents logged in to the particular campaign. An inbound group has been defined as well (Test01).

My extensions.conf file for this is as shown.
;Extension 1214 - Test for inbound calls
;inbound VICIDIAL calls:
exten => 1214,1,Answer ; Answer the line
exten => 1214,2,AGI(agi-VDADcloser_inbound.agi,TEST01-----1214-----Closer-----park----------100-----1)
exten => 1214,3,Hangup

The output from the asterisk CLI is as follows.

Connected to Asterisk 1.4.9 currently running on testbox (pid = 4714)

I sorted the problem. I reinstalled the asterisk-perl module (i used .10) and now its sending the calls to the agents without a problem.

Thank you everyone!

Titus.
