vicidial doesnt transfer the calls

hello im having an issues

i have installed vicidial on centos and i was using the scratch install.
the problem starts when i log into the agent interface.
i dont recive tha call
when i click on resume bottom it doesnt dial .....

does anybody can helpme??????

Could you post your extensions.conf?
Any output on the Asterisk CLI?
