Hey guys,
Really dumb question, new setup of Vici and yesterday it was working good, came in this morning and I get this message.
I tried searching which lead me to force resetting the hopper from inside the Admin / Campaign and reset the Lead Call Status on the Lead Lists, still nothing.
I'm sure there's an easy explanation but I have to get my guys back to work and don't have time to mess around with it so I figured I'd ask

Force reset of hopper has nothing to do with this. There are some reasons, why this could happen. First start with adding dial statuses, which should be dialable after resetting the lists and then set "Reset Times" in the list. After that check that "Local Call Time" is in right range time (test with 24hours) in campaign settings. Read further here:
