setup Dial Method for outbound campaign

Im using vicidial VERSION: 2.14-624a BUILD: 170819-0949
Im not able to find where can i setup dial method,this is what im not able to find on my vici version : ( this on old versions )

I have only blue item on my camp view. that is the issue...

Is there a detail button up top? Also what are your system settings on the dialer. Is outbound dialing enabled?
