I want to do the following settings:
1. When a customer calls in and if it is after hours then a Message should be played and should then be routed to a general VM.
2. When a customer calls in and if no one is available in Queue then a Message should be played and then be routed to a general VM.
3. When a customer calls in, a Message should be played and should then be routed to a general VM.
Any help is appreciated.

Or
is there is way to suppress the playing of digits(of the selected extension)? See the example below... I only need it to play the BEEP. How can I skip the "digits" and the "unavailable" audio message?
-- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'vm-theperson.gsm' (language 'en')
[Oct 4 16:35:39] -- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'digits/4.gsm' (language 'en')
[Oct 4 16:35:39] -- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'digits/5.gsm' (language 'en')
[Oct 4 16:35:40] -- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'digits/0.gsm' (language 'en')
[Oct 4 16:35:41] -- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'digits/1.gsm' (language 'en')
[Oct 4 16:35:42] -- <SIP/avoxi-0000001e> Playing 'digits/0.gsm' (language 'en')
