agent phone rings, but is the only caller in the conference

Postby artimus » Wed Sep 19, 2007 12:12 pm

I have a fresh vici install on trixbox.
This server uses an IAX2 trunk to our main PBX for outging calls.

From the vici box I can dial local sip extensions, as well as extensions on our main PBX. I can also make outbound calls with no problem. The PBX is listed in "iax2 show peer", but not "iax2 show registry".

When i log into astguiclient, my phone rings (With a scrambled up CID). If I answer the phone, I don't get any data on the screen, and I get a verbal message stating that I am the only caller in this conference.

If I manual dial, I do get the customer info in the webpage. But It does not ring my phone. Instead i get Noone is in your session: 8600051.

Here is the asterisk output for the autodial attempt. There is no output for the manual dial

I apologize.
this problem was fixed, i should have updated it.
I can't recall what the solution was, but it was a step a missed in the install.
