State Call Time not working.

Hello Everyone,

Need your assistance or inputs. We have set a set call time. However the dialer is still calling a lead outside of the required call time. Hope you can provide inputs and help us check why the state call time seems to be not working. As you can see on the sample lead, the dialer still made an attempt after the allowed call time on New York state.

1) Good job posting your system information.

2) Bad job answering your own posts. You seem to be under the impression that posting several times will put you "at the top of a list" or bring more attention to your post, when quite the opposite is true. There is an "unanswered" list some of us watch. If you post again on your own original post, the thread disappears from "unanswered" as it assumes your second post was the answer. Thus you disappear from view and may not get an answer from anyone watching the Unanswered queue.

3) You also seem to be under the impression that the time zone for the server itself has something to do with "state calling times". It does not. State calling times relate to the LEAD state, not the server state. Do any of your leads in that campaign have "NY" as the state in the lead record?

Yes - the sample lead that I provided has NY on its state column/field.
