Some Statuses are related to drop calls like: TIMEOT, NANQUE, AFTHRS, ... etc. But what I am noticing that these calls are not counted as drop calls in the DROP/ANSWER ratio that we can read it in the Real Time main report and in the Inbound Report - v2.
By the way, I have action settings for time out calls in queue and after working hours and no agent no queue, I am sending these drop calls to the voicemail.
So, how I can let these drop calls that its status is not DROP call (like TIMEOUT, NANQUE, AFTHRS) to be counted in the DROP/ANSWER ration?
